This so-called dealership sold my daughter a 2013 Ford Escape that a certified mechanic later determined to be absolute junk—requiring over $23,000 in repairs, far more than the car was worth. They lied and falsified Wisconsin’s Buyer’s Guide, claimed they had done a proper inspection (they hadn’t), and when confronted, they refused to make it right. I just got out of a law suit with this company. Denis sold me a vehicle that was in “perfect condition” according to the company advertisement, him, and the Wi buyers guide he proudly signed. Long story short I took the vehicle to a mechanic after driving it for two days and the car had 23k dollars worth of damages, leaks, loose ends etc. Im no mechanic but a used car with leaks, loose parts, and damages does not sound very marketable nor reliable for the “perfect used car” they were advertising. The purchase was easy BUT might wanna have any potential car looked at by a trusted mechanic. Was told everything checked out and to the untrained eye (short of the tires which were in poor shape) you really wouldn’t know if that were true or not. They did come down 300 dollars because of the tires but they cost 1000 to replace. (My mistake for giving in). Still, I needed the car and they did “something.” So I let it go.
