Okay, let me explain my issue. Apple sent me to be able to transfer music from one account to my primary account. The information that was sent to them was different than that request. When i told them what I wanted, they said they couldn't do it, it was against Apple policy, which was correct until this past August. I asked them to call Apple to confirm and they said no. Apple made an appointment for me to go there to transfer purchased songs in one Apple account of mine into my primary account so I could close the old one. I get there and they tell me that they can't do it, that Apple doesn't allow it, even after I told them that was why Apple sent me to them. They didn't even call Apple to confirm request, just denied it.
Went to replace my iPhone battery and they told me they "required my passcode to run diagnostics" which the employee was going to enter into their computer....before they took my phone behind closed doors. Ridiculous security breach that most people would be unaware of. They can access, copy, download and look at ALL your data, passwords, everything.
