The food is very well prepared very good taste fresh,the presentation is magnificent, and excellent service.
Exquisite dining — creative cuisine, soups to die for, fresh fish, spectacular meats and desserts over the moon! Plus a well trained staff all on the Gulf of Mexico with a view of the sunset!

We made our first visit to The Mad Hatter last night and what a delight it was. Beautiful Gulf views, and everything was delicious from The Blue Crab Cake appetizers to the Filet & Lobster to dessert! By far the best meal I have had anywhere in a long time. My only regret is that it will be another year before I can come back! Great job Mad Hatter Restaurant!! Well done!!
