Excellent, everything about it!
Our daughter gave us a gift certificate to this wonderful place as a Christmas gift and we visited in January of 2014. The food was phenomenal, the service was great and the view spectacular! We just fell in love with Sanibel and have already booked a return trip for January 2015 and will definitely return to the Mad Hatter!

Honestly one of my top 5 favorite US restaurants. Have been lucky enough to dine here on several occasions. My dining party had lobster, crab, kobe beef, filet, grouper, and sea bass - all top notch. World class dining, thank you again, for always exceeding our expectations.
If heath if the chef up there its deff gonna be a amazing restaurant heath it's the best!!
