The service has gone totally downhill. I can walk there and used to love going, but have sworn it off because the service is so bad. It’s a shame.
I am so disappointed that they got rid of their old menu! The PB&J burger was the best. The prices were reasonable. Now it’s $12 for a regular burger you can get anywhere. They have turned it into a seafood place as well. Won’t be eating here ever again
Love this place. Great people and atmosphere. Food is awesome.
My husband visited the last time (we had been once before) and he was served a raw burger and fries. He asked if he could have them retouched on the grill and they told him that's how they do it there. Okay. Well, he ended up with food poisoning that evening/next day.

Food is fine but takeout service is poor. Ordered food and was told 10 minutes. 45 minutes later the food is ready. This is unacceptable and will not return.
Disappointingly mediocre food. Server got my order wrong, drinks were not made properly. Apparently someone had the brilliant idea to mount a french fry hand slicer on the wall behind the row of tables where we were seated. Loud banging noises and shaking of the wall were not welcome accompaniments to our meal. Lots of staff milling about, seemingly clueless.
