RecommendedHad Tim as our server. He made sure we had a really great afternoon. Super up beat, but not overwhelming. Very attentive, but not overbearing. Perfect balance of humor and genuine care towards service.

Timothy is AMAZING and the food and drinks were fantastic! Definitely a great place to spend Saturday or Sunday brunch!
I recently visited the Mad Hatter and when I tell you I received the most amazing customer service I've had in awhile, I tell you no lie. The waitor/bar tenders Timothy and Vittoria were amazing and very down to earth. They were able to assist with drink selections, which tasted like perfection in a glass. I would definitely recommend The Mad Hatter, if you enjoy spectacular customer service and great drinks.
45 minute wait so far....just took drink orders and informed us that it would be at least 30 minutes before our food order can even be placed? it is busy, but this is ridiculous.
We absolutely love this place! Seafood is always great....service is great...and it is reasonably priced!
Our first visit...Great atmosphere and service. The burgers were delicious!
The Oysters were really tasty! Definitely going back. Great service also.
