The staff is great, Brad is the best manager around! The pulled pork pizza is the best! The ranch is good enough to drink!

Not happy at the Mad-hatter..... A burger place that can not toast it's bun!!!!!
Veggie burger was a huge disappointment -- nearly inedible. It was as if someone had dumped warm hummus in a bun! Very messy and nasty! Love hummus, but I was expecting something more burger-like. Good first experience here (loved the Madhatterita pizza!), but this burger may be the deal breaker for me.
TJ is the man! If management is reading this..give that fine gentlemen a promotion. Food is amazing, had the 100% grass fed burger and french toast. Both amazing. If you go, request Tj if he's there.

I can get better craft beer at Harris Teeter. The wait staff is very pretentious and rude. Prices are way too high. I'll keep going to Hops.
