Wasn't my first time having a meal here. But it was my most disappointed visit. We started with the NYC pretzel which we were assured was an oversized pretzel appetizer for 2, when it arrived it looked like it was from the frozen food section of your local grocery store. For dinner my wife had a chicken sandwich which was good. I went with the ahi tuna wrap. My wrap was a good size but the avacado was far from ripe which totally changed the texture of the meal. Always 5 stars! Every single time! Our favorite, number 1 place to bring our family, friends and our Great Dane! This place is on point all the time. Food is ALWAYS amazing!!! The servers and managers are extremely nice! We found this place just searching on Google for a good place and have never stopped coming back!! Lost me as a customer today. Ordered a French dip no onions. It was my fault I didn't see that it has mushrooms also. Was made to pay full price just to get my sandwich redone. So I had to pay $10.99 twice. Should have been giving a break on the price since I didn't need a side with the reorder. You treat your customers like this and they won't be back.
Just ate grilled salmon, sauteed spinach and crispy sweet potato fries at Mad Hatter. Awesome tasty! Been here about 5 times. Always great service! Manager has always checked with us to make sure everything is great! Highly recommend!

It has been about 2 months since we had been in MH because we live north of GSO now. It was my regular spot each week when I first moved to NC before my family arrived. 8 months : 4-6 times a month. Developed a friendship with Scott and Courtney who tend the bar on Fridays - fabulous young people. Looked forward to our weekly chats. Well tonight was a disaster.
