RecommendedPerfect location. Cute, modern building. Location could not be better...5 min walk to the middle of the action, yet it's in a quiet residential area. Amazing local co-op right across the street to stock up and cook in the kitchen that is equipped with everything you need. Beautiful rooftop has outdoor BBQ and dining area, great view. Bed was very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more.

staff is ignoring my calls and emails and I'm not even a resident.
The apartment LOOKS good at first glance but if you look any closer you will see how cheaply made everything is. This is not a big deal because rent is also pretty cheap for the area. However, the layouts of the spaces are very poorly done. There is a lot of wasted space (these are micro apartments btw) with awkward corners and strange angles. So the actual space is not great. However, the location and the rooftop deck are great. It is great to have dinner with the amazing 360 view of Seattle.
