New walk in shower is great. The installers did a excellent job and went about above.
Very courteous, knowledgeable and happy to explain anything whenever asked a question. They went above and beyond for us - even did a little extra wood work for us!

We chose mad city as return customers. Sales and measure went well. Date of install came and production of product was wrong, so install date was set. Not all product for install was on truck so I talked to supervisor who would make sure all materials for install would be brought. Second install date came, product was correct, but as a one day job it took 14hours, was to long, very frustrating.
