I'm very happy with the entire process, sales to installation. The crew was polite, respectful and willing to answer all my questions. The final product is better than I expected and will use Mad City for future projects.

Mad City did a great job on the windows, very professional. Very hard workers and they took pride in their work. It's very easy to clean the windows! It used to take a few days to clean them, and now it takes less than a day! They did a great job taking the old windows and it keeps the heat away. Haven't even put up our blinds, but the two-pane glass is really great! The safety-locks are great too!

They are really good windows. We've noticed a big difference in the heating bill. The air only has only been on for a week or two, so we're still waiting to see the difference for the summer, but it's been great so far. The crew was wonderful who installed them. Very quick and we were surprised with how quickly they went in combined with the quality. They look great from the outside.
