Power recliner was making noise, they send tech as we have warranty, they ordered part, tech comes takes it apart only to find part is wrong, puts it back together, they order complete new section, is delivered on to find he reassembly incorrectly and it has been gouging the hardwood floor! Bought a mattress, delivery arrived with wrong box spring size (wrong frame size and wrong height). No call back from Macy’s, tried calling the furniture center where we bought it and no answer, not even a voicemail box. Returning it for a refund and buying from the Original Mattress Factory, better list prices and faster delivery.

I will never,. ever, ever, ever buy another piece of furniture from Macy's again, and that means for the rest of my life, even I live to 110. I purchased a recliner in January. We were told it would be delivered in late March or early April. Then it was early May. Then late May. Now, I'm told it will be mid to late June. At one point I was told the recliner was at a warehouse in Chicago, now they say it's not there. They are very helpful when you want to buy, but when it comes to delivering, they are the worst. p.s.
