Been a customer for nearly 40 years from Daytons, Marshall Fields to Macys furniture. I bought a new expensive bedroom set 2 years ago with a extended warranty. I tried to order the same furniture 8-31-26 however just an additional dresser to find out it was discontinued. The only option presented to me was to sell what I had just bought 24 months ago and buy a new set or try find something similar. Thinking Macys name was behind it they would’ve offered more than just buy different set from them. My question is what happens... read more
