I can't begin to convey the impressive, respectful & dedicated level of unparalleled service I have received from Todd Leffler (Furniture Specialist) and Michael Doyle (Manager) at the Roseville location. It's truly the utmost BEST level of customer service I have likely ever received. "White glove" delivery did not happen. They left multiple messages moving the time out each time then did not show. I had to call. I was told sorry. Sorry ? This cost me a day! Only then I was told it was the warehouse. Is not the warehouse part of Macy's. Really poor communication. Complete failure to notify. Lousy service! Failure to honor their commitment. The communications by text were non functional for reply or information. When finally the delivery was made I was made to prove that I paid for removal.
