Failed to show up for our appointment and poor communication.
The realtor associated with this company did not handle our request well by any means. I’m an understanding person things happen, sure. HOWEVER, the realtor scheduled to meet with our party at 4, did not show up or call to notify us that she would NOT be present, proceeds to tell us that the owner of the property prefers a family versus us (which is fine) so when I ask why did she not bother to tell us any of this prior to the scheduled time, she blames me for not sending her a picture of my licenses.
