If they actually picked up the phone it would be great. You get put in a que because “someone will be with you momentarily” which never actually happens. I love the doctors but actually getting an appointment has become like nails on a blackboard !

Front office staff, and some staff working in the back overstep their authority with dealing with patients.
I have been going to this group for years. I had enough bad experiences to switch. Family medical feeling doesn't exist at this place.
I've been waiting for test results that they received and they were supposed to call me back yesterday. No call. So I tried calling multiple times today and was on hold 15 minutes every time and than the call would disconnect. The office is now closed and they didn't call me back today either. I'm in a lot of pain and if I have to go to the er I'm not paying my copay. Bunch of idiots. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Guess I'm supposed to be in pain all weekend and wait for them to call. Talk about asking for a negligen... read more
