They were all so great but Jennifer went above and beyond to help me and calm me down after I had damage occur to my mac. The mac came back good as new in record time and she talked me through all of my options including going elsewhere. She didn't up sell, she didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance regarding computers, she was helpful and sweet and she completely turned my day around! I will always come back to this store.

My initial impression with Mac Superstore was very positive. But that has changed radically. 1) I bought an iMac, and found I couldn't use the retina screen. When I went to return, I was told there was a 20% restocking fee. Yes, it was on the receipt, but was never mentioned in conversation. The manager did reduce that - but I still had to spend $200 to return something I couldn't use. 2) I had major work done on my existing laptop. Clearly, Apple shipped a bad motherboard. If I could rate this store with zero stars I would. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. I brought my phone in to get it fixed and they had to send it off to get it repaired and they lost my phone and refused to replace it. I had to contact the corporate apple and he told them to give me a new phone from apple. I went in to get my "new phone" they assured me it was new, I asked for the box it came in and they said they weren't allowed to give it to me. I was very disappointed with the service at this store. I was only in town for 5 days and I called to make sure they would be able to service my computer while I was in town. Alex told me that they could order the part the same day and then fix it by the next. When I showed up to the store, Chris told me I would actually have to wait until Thursday and that it would surely be ready.
