Came to check my tank and it didn't need pumped and they didn't charge me! These guys are honest and so polite! Louie is coming to work on my finger system and he is so reassuring and calls me back to answer any questions I have!
Cannot share enough how awesome these guys were. They were able to get me in within a couple hours and had everything done in less than an hour. Definitely will be be using them again when the time comes!
I get very skeptical when a business only has five-star reviews, but they are all legit. Had an overflowing tank clogging everything on a holiday. I left a message and they called me back as soon as they opened and promptly serviced my tank. They were quite knowledgeable and kind. If you are googling places to call in some kind of stressful septic emergency, I cannot recommend them enough.
Mac’s was phenomenal. Fast. Easy. Super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. We will refer everyone to them and will continue to use them in the future.
