When my Mac Pro was too old to update the operating system Andrew fitted me with a super fast iMac, transferred my data, updated my software and carried the heavy old tower and monitor down my 2 flights of steps. He always goes above and beyond. Ever mindful of budget he always finds a solution and truly cares about his clients. I have known Andrew since 1990 and he has always provided stellar service. My clumsy self ended up bending and breaking my USB drive while it was still in my laptop—the drive that had all of my undergraduate and graduate work on it, amongst other important documents! Andrew was able to quickly take a look at it and consult a colleague of his that was able to do the repairs. He handled all logistics for me and put my mind at ease. Quick turnaround for a complete data recovery with my best interests in mind. He definitely cares about his work and goes above and beyond for a client. I highly recommend!

Andrew saved my bacon! My MacPro just stopped working. Andrew quickly figured out it was my graphics card. He swapped it out for another in his shop, threw in some additional memory, and sent me home with a working machine. He also gave me some great advice, which I took advantage of in the next few days. I would highly recommend Macs N PCs!!

Andrew is well-versed in what he does! He has a fantastic way of dumbing down problems/solutions explained with patience and a vocabulary the average consumer can understand. I had recently relocated to Salt Lake City, and Andrew quickly shipped parts to my MacBook and walked me through my repair. It could not have been easier, and I had an operable mac in record time (based on experience with previous Mac repair shops). I absolutely recommend Macs N PCs to any and all of my friends/family, with full trust!

Andrew did a great job repairing my wife's older Macbook Pro that for some reason wouldn't boot properly. He took the time to solve the problem, was reasonable in pricing considering what he had to do, and saved all the data and even provided a backup on a portable hard drive we provided. Would use again and highly recommend his services.
