TERRIBLE customer service. Employees are so rude.
I recently visited Mac’s so that I could talk to a pharmacist about some medications I was taking along with some supplements I was interested in. I had the most splendid conversation and the pharmacist went above and beyond the call of duty! I can’t Thank him enough ! I’ll be going to Mac’s from now on.
Terrible customer service
Went to get my thigh highs today due to a leg injury. I always get them from this store. The employee, Frankie, an old woman, was so rude to me and my granddaughter. I ended up going back into the store to get my money back for my product. I was NOT going to spend my money in a store when someone is rude. Then she accused me and my granddaughter as liars.
Me and my mammaw went in and one of the people who worked there was being very rude so we went back in to give them the stuff that we got and get the money back
Very friendly staff! Can't find what you need? They can and, will get it for you! If Mac's doesn't have it...you don't need it lol. I highly recommend this business!!
They can supply most medical needs including shots.
