I have been patronizing Mac's Medicine Mart for so many years. The staff are like my friends and family. I love to see their smiling faces and they make me feel welcome each time I visit. The store is large and I enjoy shopping there as well. Kingsport is lucky to have such an extraordinary pharmacy in town. I'm older now and will have to move away soon but I will always be thankful to Mac's--the McManuses--for always being there for me. I went there yesterday in search of a knee brace and the service was incredible! They allow you to open packages and try on braces to see what fits. The associate who helped me asked targeting questions to help find the perfect product for my needs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I can't recommend this highly enough! I wish I had more time to walk around as they have a little bit of everything from pharmaceuticals to essential oils. My only complaint is that it's in KPT and not JC! :-)
So thankful I make it from the hospital to Mac's . They were minutes from closing and filled my prescription anyway. I am forever grateful for Kevin Smith and the rest of the staff for staying and helping me.

Mac's now has an app for your smart phone. Order your refill from your phone. Hope to be in our new building next month, making dropping off and picking up your prescriptions easy at our drive thru windows. Need to pick up other items? Come on in and look around!! Lots of new gifts and other items that you won't want to miss. If we don't stock it we will make every effort to find it for you. Make Tracks to Mac'ssee you there!

Thank You for the HARD WORK and DEADACATION! It's not everyday you come across a pharmacy that has your best interest at hand. Mac's Medicine Mart sets the bar high for other Mom and Pops pharmacies.
