Would not tolerate unprofessional staff – Agree with the negative review. Staff in front office has no "greeting manners" and seems unknowlegable about the business. You can tell they have no class with the comment they made in response with the negative review. An apology would of been more appropriate in this situation. Seems like the quality of work is not very good either, of what I was told later by some friends to avoid this business. Glad I walked away while I could.
Excellent Customer Service – I manage 200 units in San Pedro, I use Mac's for all my glass work, they are professional, courtesous, and provide excellent customer service. I recommend them highly!!
Great services – I broke my kitchen window so I found this place by google search I called made the appt for a window repalcement the repair man was on time and very professional He cleaned up the glass and did a great job on the window and the price reasonable I would recommend them to my friends/family..
Very unprofessional and poor work – We called about a simple glass for small window and was told it needed to be ordered and had to wait a day for it. Called back because it didn't sound right and it turned out to be a mistake.( Lady in the front desk error)Glass cut first time crooked and wrong measurements. Brought back the glass and the owner would not admit error; just talks over you and argues. Brought second glass back home and installer says; glass is still wrong size.
