Friendly Mac's is a great place to buy your groceries! They have all of the groceries on your list usually. Prices are not cheap nor outrageously expensive. You get free coffee just for being there! They just opened a Mac's up by my house. It's a great place.
A good store I live close by and shop here regularly. I've never seen a panhandler. Prices are reasonable, some higher and some lower than Krogers. Wal-Mart may have lower prices if I wanted to drive 4 miles and fight the crowds and traffic. I'm happy here, thank you
Good prices for bulk packaged meats This store has very good prices on bulk parkage meats. I go here just for the meats. The service is very good and friendly and the store is very clean and neat.
Mac's Fresh Market is OVERPRICED. Mac's is a nice market if you have the money to shop there.. Walmart/Sam's still beats them by far but at least there is not as much traffic. Most of their customer's are over 70 and are able to splurge their retirement funds on $3.5 on bread and $4.59lb on rib eyes! (i.e. bread at walmart, same kind $1.89 and rib eyes at sam's $2.89lb)
panhandler alert I visited this store about 2 weeks ago rather hurriedly to pick up fresh produce. A man asked me for money after the fained pleasantries. I told him that he could not harass people in the store and beg for money. I also reported this to the clerk. When I left I was told that it had been taken care of. He was served coffee and donuts! I do not believe this will remedy the situation.
