Their customer service line is a joke , If they can’t take care of customers on the phone is ridiculous I waited on the phone for 62 minutes I will just buy my part somewhere else
Do NOT do business with this company!!! They take advantage of the disabled and have extremely poor customer service. For Christmas my dad wanted some auto parts so I assisted my disabled mother in placing the order. Within a few days of placing the order we found out my sister had already bought the same auto parts. I immediately called Eckler's Industries to cancel the order.
