History: In 1954, Robert graduated from high school and chose to stay on the farm to help his dad. Together they began planting apples and peaches on 15 more acres of ground. They also built an 8000 bushel cold storage to help preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit harvested and sold on the farm and to wholesale outlets. McQueens have a great place and we enjoy it every year, I have nothing but respect to them, that being said the vendor they use for rides etc... kid stuff. had very unreasonable prices basically cost 3.00 to go down a slide one time for one child, we didn't stay long for this reason this year. Hopefully this gets addressed for next uear
We always have a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the food, oh my is amazing!!! Best APPLE FRITTERS ever, the donuts, the cider, the carmel apples, etc... you get the idea. You won't be disappointed!!!
I liked taking my 3 year old daughter for the first time to see everything and she had fun on the rides, just wish it ran longer on Saturday than 6. I saw it was closed at 6 on Sunday, but thought since it was the first of two days that it would of been open longer on the first day!!! Other than that my daughter had fun just didn't have time to enjoy the food only had time for her to ride the rides!!
