Dr Sasi is an absolute joke with no care for patients or families. We went to him with my 90 year old father in law to have him tested for dementia. Dr Sasi GAVE HIM THE ANSWERS to any question asked when my FIL got confused or couldn't otherwise answer. Dr Sasi ended the appointment telling us he was perfectly fine and exactly as he should be for a 90 year old. As a health care professional myself and carer for my father with Alzheimer's, I am appalled by the lack of compassion, care and empathy at this practice, but specifically the with Dr Sasikaran and his inability to prioritize the care of his patients. Despite booking in advance for difficult to obtain appointments, on 3 occasions so far, we have had appointments arranged incorrectly or shifted at the very last moment without any consideration for our circumstances and other appointments we have scheduled. I suffer anxiety especially when I have to get blood tests done but I can’t recommend this place more the staff and ladies are so lovely and very calm knowing how nervous I was. 10/10
