Dr Pepper is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable surgeon. He’s down-to-earth, genuine, and clearly cares deeply about his patients. It’s easy to see why he’s so well regarded and loved by those he treats. Stacey at reception was equally wonderful, approachable, friendly, and always happy to help. She went out of her way to make the process easy and made me feel truly comfortable from the moment I arrived. A fantastic team all around.
Just the BEST! Here I am 4 months later walking around like a normal person after a total knee replacement. No pain. So cool. So thankful to Dr Pepper. He is so efficient and professional and knowledgeable. Even the anaesthetist raves about how good he is. He really is. Reception staff were always beautiful, responsive, polite, humorous and caring. Very disappointing experience. Once I’d paid the bill, trying to get a response from his office was impossible despite chasing. Following poor hospital experience, foot got infected and in a follow up call he informed me it might have been bone paste instead of pus perhaps..absolutely no mention of bone paste in any consult/surgery etc. surgery is daunting enough without not being told all the possibilities or appreciating how anxiety inducing hospitals and procedures are for patients
