Firstly I am not one to complain and my reviews are always of a positive nature however I am finding it hard to point anything positive regarding my stay in your cottage. First the photos online are not a fair representation of the accomodation provided and the price paid for accomodation. Tracy who had booked us in was quite nice and informative however upon entering the cottage we had been greeted to a dead cockroach inside the front door and another in the lounge room.
