We signed a contact with Bob Crowther (Macpherson's Property Management). For the last 3 months I managed the property myself, while he got paid for doing absolutely nothing. It started when he hired a "company" that charged me over $550 for frivolous services such as setting TV Wall Mounts for the renters and fixing things I know 100% we're not broken. This is one of the worst property management groups I have ever dealt with. I found them to be very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Cherie Haven was probably the worst but I have also had negative experiences with others in that group to include Greg Blumberg and Cynthia Hardin. I do not recommend them if you want to work with courteous, responsive professionals.
