This is a pass the buck origination. do not expect anything from them. It ranges from the top management to the property managers. Do not employee these people if you want any help or action on ANYTHING!
Theresa M** is the WORST property manager I have EVER dealt with. She ignores peoples emails, she does not solve issues associated with homeowners, zero ounce of respect or compassion, does not show up to board meetings, talks to you over the phone without an inkling of customer service. Where did they find you, the DMV? I worry her co-workers and this business are the same way. Avoid at all cost.

We signed a contact with Bob Crowther (Macpherson's Property Management). For the last 3 months I managed the property myself, while he got paid for doing absolutely nothing. It started when he hired a "company" that charged me over $550 for frivolous services such as setting TV Wall Mounts for the renters and fixing things I know 100% we're not broken. When I insisted on knowing details, he ignored me for 2 weeks, then he said he's quitting. And of course he kept paying himself for few months after that anyways. we spent ho... read more
dishonest, liar and Big waste of money. I hired Bob C******* to manage new my house in Mar 2017. In only 2 months, he costed me over $2500 and hours of my time making phone calls and writing emails. He hired someone to install a TV for the tenant, something he did not asked me and was not supposed to do. Him and the shady character he hired charged me over $500. When I kept pressing to know who he hired and asked for itemized receipt, Bob lied few times...then quit. I kept digging and finally got a hold of the person he hire... read more

I moved to a condominium last June. My condominium hired this property management company since last January and I, myself, became a board member at the same time. The property manager has done a good job on getting contractors to maintain the property. My complain is the incorrect information given from him to the other board members.
