I just spoke to Rob. I am a tenant at one of his properties. Do you see how he treats people? I am currently reaching out to RTB. The launguage of the leases are illegal. Rob refuses to allow me to have a roommate in a 2 bedroom as he wants me to move so he can re rent at a higher rate. He has refused mediation with a housing advocate, refused storage, repairs and wheelchair parking. Half the women in the building are afraid to deal with him. And why wouldn't they be? Just as all the other negative reviews say, this real estate company is extremely rude. The woman who answers the phone has a very arrogant attitude, and when I had to follow up on the application status, all they said was “It’s under review,” and then I heard nothing for months. They are arrogant, have the worst attitude, lack basic common sense — absolutely the worst real estate company.
Very unprofessional and pricey.
Lack of communication and professionalism. Didn’t try his best to direct me with a proper instruction and try to rush things. Good luck if you are trying to sell property with this agent! 🤣
Renters beware. We have been trying to contact Rob and MacPherson Real Estate Ltd. For 2 months trying to get our deposit back and no return of calls or messages. They will try to keep your money when the tenancy ends. Extremely unprofessional. We will be taking next steps and legal action to get the deposit back. Response. Thank you Rob for responding. Indeed this is in fact the correct company and I will be calling you directly tomorrow To resolve this and once our deposit is returned I’ll take this review down.
