Went in to stock up on wet weather gear after getting drowned at the F1 in Melbourne. Good range of products and staff were super helpful.
Customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a jacket and followed the washing instructions carefully, but after washing, it looked awful—the feathers got displaced, leaving some areas completely flat and others lumpy. Even after massaging the jacket, I couldn’t fix it. I took it back to the store in Rundle street, Adelaide branch, but the shopkeeper refused to accept the return.
