The actual visit was less than satisfactory but the true debacle was billing. I paid the copay the day of my visit. 21 months later I received a bill for the copay. I had switched so I could not prove that I had paid it. I was promised a call back from the billing department which never happened. I called back 6 days later and was told I did not pay the copay (their system may or may not have been down that day according to them) and I owed them $50. I would like to say, Dr Woodberry is very patient. She took her time and explained all available options. I would recommend everyone to her. Macourlyn has an inviting feel and staff are amazing.

Very poor customer service. Dr. Woodberry is a wonderful Dr. I called the office asking for information and Amanda started laughing into the phone and I asked if she thought my situation was funny and she got smart with me. Too much play in the office when Dr. Woodberry not around. Very un-professional.
