Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? No, I left frustrated and confused Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? I will never EVER take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone! I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through, especially what my pet went through. I couldn't believe how uncaring and unprofessional they were when my pet was in critical condition. After my pet stayed the night there he was practically dying of thirst. He lapped up 2 bowls of water in one setting at home. They gave me completely wrong information on how to care for his critical needs. I was actually hurting him more by... read more
