Exceptional ! Had 4 mold guys , a plumber, and hvac guy , and my ducts cleaned. Could not get rid of this peanut butter like smell permeating through the entire house for 2 weeks. ***** came and found a leaky sewer gas from a prepped sink area in my basement. A $7 part fixed it almost immediately. Very professional, meticulous and polite. I have already given his number to several family members. Casey did a great job inspecting our new home! He answered all of our questions while we followed him thru the house. At the end he went thru all the pictures and pointed out some of the more major issues. We also added on the sewer scope and radon testing. His inspection report was written promptly, easy to comprehend and very in-depth! His pricing was very fair, and overall I'd recommend!
I agree with all the other 5-star reviews. Fast, honest, thorough, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!
