We were referenced to Dr. Batra's office and I could not have been more happy and pleased with the service we have received. We had to have some work done on our 5 year old sons teeth and we could not do it in the hospital and had the procedure done in the office with a mobile anesthesiologist group and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. We have 5 little ones, and hands down, this is THE best place EVER for children. Dr. Batras is AMAZING, as if the entire staff!! Friendly and welcoming. Honest and straight forward. My 4 year had to have 2 "baby root canals" this morning, and I cannot believe how smoothly it went. Dr. Batras is very reassuring, comforting, and direct with both the children and parent. This is the most amazing office of caring and polite professionals I have ever been to! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Batra and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist for their young children. Not only did he and his wife, along with staff try to make my child as comfortable as possible, but also me who was a nervous wreck due to the procedure my 2.5 year old had to have. Loved the hygienist, Tony! She was very patient and funny with my 4 year old son.
My son has his first appointment there and he LOVED it. You guys did such a great job, and it seemed like he entertained you all even Dr. Batra with his Luke Bryan performance
Great doctor and staff. Just wish the hours were a little more flexible. There's only one day a week that's open only til 6 and those appts are always taken. No one wants to pull there kid out of school if it's not necessary.
