My daughter had bad dental experiences at other offices in the past and was very scared. The staff at this office, especially the technician Josie, kept her calm and did a great job.
I have four children - 15, 15, 13 and 7. Dr. Batra and his staff are WONDERFUL! Thoughtful, courteous, talented and professional.
I took my son there yesterday, his first time being at the dentist ever. The staff was all so friendly, it was a happy & very clean environment. We will definitely be back.
My 4 year old and 7 year old have both been going to MCD since they were 2 and they LOVE it! They always look forward to going to the dentist. The staff is amazing and they always make sure my kids are comfortable with what is happening. Dr. Batra is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! My 7 year old just left from a double tooth extraction and, in her words, "it was better than going to Toys R Us"! Not many dentists can get that reaction from a kid!
The staff here is wonderful and friendly as well as the dentist! I highly recommend this place, they make your child feel calm and relaxed and make sure you know exactly what is going on.
Took my daughter in for her 3rd cleaning ever yesterday (she is 2) and she LOVES it here!! Dr. Batra and the hygienist (wish I could remember her name she is so sweet) are gifted at making children feel safe & comfortable. Looking forward to returning in 6 months :)
I've never had a problem with this dentist until now! They are very friendly n nice but when you tell a parent that they are not aloud back their for cleans or anything that p's me off!! I don't care what time a day it is I should be able to go back and sit with my children!! It makes me really mad to the point that I am now looking for a new dentist for my children! I'm not putting up with not being about to go back their with my children! Call me over protective but theirs all kinds of weirdo out their and I'm not going to... read more
