First time ever having a repair guy out cliff was so nice and informative!
I have never been treated as rudely as I did here trying to return a part. Yet at a business my family and I have been buying appliance parts at for 26 years! Then 2 days later they take the part back. So what really was the reason? I actually need a couple more parts but will go elsewhere. Best advertisement is word of mouth...and I will be talking!

Sorry about your experience. The reason we did not let you return the part the first day is because the package of the part was open. A&E fallows the same guidelines for returned parts as our distributor. the policy is no refunds on parts that have been open or installed. unfortunately we can't return and recoup our money for the part after its been open, we also can't restock and sell it to someone else after it's been open.
