Terrible customer service.
RecommendedQuick & fair pricing for our dryer repair. Repairman was friendly and answered all our questions. 5 stars ⭐️
Used them for service via DTE. Representitive came out pretty quick and told us that we needed a few parts. Never heard back after multiple calls where the phone rep either told us that they would call back w/in a day or they told me to call DTE. On Aug 21st, I was told the main part needed, was no longer made. 6 months later. Called to figure out what was going on. Phone rep was rude as hell. DTE rep also called and also told me how rude they were. I will never use nor recommend their services.
Absolute worst experience with an appliance service ever! I believe his name was Tom was sent out to my house to look at my fridge and walked out of my house because I did not agree with what he was saying. Instead of trying to listen to me and even look at my fridge, HE LEFT! I’ve been without a fridge for a few days waiting for them to come out and then this happens. Reported it to my landlord and will never use them again!
possibly the rudest people i have ever spoke too. spoke to 2 different people who want to argue with a customer. would not even let me speak. as I read the other reviews, I am not surprised.
Joe did a great job repairing my dryer. Very nice man, very nice office staff. Didn’t leave me waiting all day for service! I give them 5 stars!
A&E appliance in Pasco county Fl. Suck! They can't fix AnyThing. Biggest rip off around.
