Yes I live at Walnut View Estates In Pleasanton kansas. DJ our maintenance man is extremly slow at getting things done. Ive had to finish some of his jobs in my apartment myself. Which I shouldnt have to do. There is a lot of elderly abuse that goes on, because he says he will take care of something for an elderly person. I live at Walnut Meadows Apartments in Newton, Kansas and since Maco hired a new manager to replace the ones that left, nothing has gotten done around here. The laundry room has not been cleaned since they left and the quite a few of the outside lights have not been changed since they burnt out over a month ago. Could be a safety issue. I also have not received my rent receipt for April. Maybe someone needs to let the new manager know what her responsibilities are or hire a new manager.
