Fell victim to Kitchener potholes. Had bent rim and flat tire. Thought I needed to replace the tire & rim but Tom (owner) asked for a picture and told me it's likely repairable. They were available right away and I dropped off the tire. An hour later, I get a call saying the tire is fixed and ready. I went back right away (with my spare on) and they mounted the fixed tire. I had a slow leak in my valve stem. They managed to fit me in so quickly during busy tire change season and fixed it quickly for a more than reasonable price. The lady there was also so very kind. I will definitely be back!
