I was assigned this company through ******** **** ******. They are good contacting you when ******** **** ******sends in a service request, but they do not return phone calls in a reliable manner. (Even though their voice mail claims their office hours are until 6:00, neither ******** **** ******nor I were able to reach a representative after 5:00.) I had these guys come out through American Home Shield. My toilet was leaking and he seemed to fix it in an expeditious manner. The only problem is now that when I tried to use it does not flush correctly. So I called American Home Shield and then decided to call the company directly. When I called Maclin I was told that they could not get anybody out until Monday and it is now Friday morning around 9:30am. Jerry showed up late, knocked our wedding portrait off the wall and broke it, then proceeded to tell my husband and I that our roof is slanted so there might be an issue replacing our water heater in the attic. After he left, we received a call from the warranty company stating that the service provider (MacLin Plubming) was "unable to complete the service request".
