They provided a service to add glycol anti-freeze to my boiler at our business near lake Michigan. They were friendly to my family whom happened to be there at the time. I recommend this company.
Will gouge you on price and are dishonest on how much time they actually spent working. I had Nate come to inspect our boiler on Nov 16 when it wasn't working. He found the problem and replaced the broken power pile, but then found that the burners were missing proper brackets and the unit was unsafe to run and had to shut it down. He spent 1.5 hours doing all this, but wrote on the work order that it took him 2.5 hours. They also want to charge me $69 for the power pile even though we don't get to use it now.
