We have used MACLEAN’S service for 32 years. We have received excellent service. Greg, the technicians and his employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Scheduling appointments are easy. I highly recommend their company for you A/C and heating services.
I had a pretty disappointing experience with Maclean's. I booked an appointment for HVAC maintenance and received a confirmation email. Then, at the time of the appointment, nobody showed up. An hour passed and I tried to call Maclean's to see what was happening. Nobody answered. In total, I called them four times that day and left a voicemail each time. My AC fan broke at my office Friday morning so I had to send my employees home and shut down that day. I called this company, they send Mr. Jeremiah out same day and he fixed the whole problem in 2 hrs. I was able to open back up and work the day. Shout out to Jermiah!!
