Worst Wrecker Service Ever! – Worst wrecker service ever! Recently I was in an accident where my truck was towed by this company. When I tried to pick my truck up on a Friday afternoon the woman who answered the phone told me she was not available at that time for me to pick it up, she then proceeded to ask me if I could pick it up the next day and to tell her co-worker to waive the Saturday fee. Do not use this service. Rude, unreliable. – I had the displeasure of working with Mack's Wrecker when GEICO contracted them to tow my car under my roadside service insurance coverage. GEICO contacted them and gave them my location before I got off the phone with GEICO. I called Mack'S Wrecker 15 minutes after I'd gotten off the phone with GEICO to make sure I had given them the correct cross street.
