I had needed to find a general repair shop in the area but had to quickly when my car failed at 5 pm on a Friday. I was referred by a long-time customer. Mack's answered the phone at 510pm on a Friday evening, arranged for my car to be towed, got all the necessary information, and let me know that it probably wouldn't be fixed till next week due to parts availability.
