JOAN SMITH is a kind wonderful person. She is a great asset to the Mackinac Straits Health System. Very compassionate and caring worker that does her job excellent. She made my visits very pleasant. Thank you Joan for everything that you did for me!!

Beware of their billing system. They send a bill then call the day after it's received asking for payment in FULL or want you to enter into a payment contract! This has happened to me several times! I send a payment every time I get a bill, but if it's not paid in full, they send it to collection because a payment plan wasn't set up! I believe that is illegal! As long as a payment is sent, you are making an attempt to pay your bill!

Thank you to the wonderful staff and technicians that took care of me when I developed pneumonia on my vacation. It was not the way a vacation should go, but I'm so glad that you were there for me. I'm home now and recovering well. Thanks again.
