They have the nicest, caring, professionals ever!! Dr. Alice Lindsay is totally the best !! My stay was made easier by nurse Lori and Linda.💕Hands down the cleanest hospital I have ever seen.

JOAN SMITH is a kind wonderful person. She is a great asset to the Mackinac Straits Health System. Very compassionate and caring worker that does her job excellent. She made my visits very pleasant. Thank you Joan for everything that you did for me!!

Beware of their billing system. They send a bill then call the day after it's received asking for payment in FULL or want you to enter into a payment contract! This has happened to me several times! I send a payment every time I get a bill, but if it's not paid in full, they send it to collection because a payment plan wasn't set up! I believe that is illegal! As long as a payment is sent, you are making an attempt to pay your bill!

Thank you to the wonderful staff and technicians that took care of me when I developed pneumonia on my vacation. It was not the way a vacation should go, but I'm so glad that you were there for me. I'm home now and recovering well. Thanks again.

Love the people that work there. They are so caring and do their jobs so well. They make sure you know what is going on with each visit. The gals in the infusion room are awesome and fun to be around!

If you have to have a surgery and it can be done here, DO IT!! Best surgical experience of my life (and I have had several). Superb professionals, excellent care, speedy recovery!
