Not pleased. We have been waiting over 3 weeks for a quote. The guy came out - very nice....was with us for a long time. I've called the store twice and no one has got back to us. Pretty disappointed.
Called for service for tires on scooter. .Mitchell the service tech was an absolute gem. Not only completed the task, his personality and patience with my grandkids was priceless. Fantastic experience. Thank you
If I could give a zero I would. I wanted to order a part and had the actual part number. They wanted to “send a tech out”. Which would cost 80$ at least, then they Couldn’t find the part and insisted I needed a motor, I told the person it was not a motor or the other thing they suggested which was the “lever”. The. She needed to contact the manufacturer for a price. I said forget it, I can order the part from china (knowing it’ll be a month at least) and pay what the item is worth, which is about 20$.
