The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable ,friendly, curious and great rates. S
Called to inquire about a rates for an apartment building in response to an advertisement they sent to my home for apartment insurance. Not a great experience at all, agent was very negative. Their ads for insurance appear to be some sort of “Bait and Switch” or “False advertising”. Complete waste of time, agent was unprofessional and actually called me “Dude” in response to a question. Suggest they get someone else to deal with their customers if they plan to stay in business in this market. Would not repeat.
