THIS COMPANY SHOULD LEAVE THE STATE
This is by far the WORST insurance brokerage I have ever dealt with. David Mendez, an agent at this firm, failed to notify me of a policy non-renewal until four months after it had lapsed—an unacceptable level of negligence. His lack of communication caused me to lose coverage and forced me to secure a replacement policy at more than three times the original cost, resulting in a financial loss of over $30,000 in annual premiums.
