Rude and dismissive. Dr. Iannucci was quite literally mean and condescending, the reception staff were useless, and the whole experience felt unprofessional and outdated. Would not recommend. The second I walked in I was treated with utter disrespect and did not feel welcomed whatsoever. Never coming back.
I always have a great hygienist, excellent dentist Dr Iannuci, she is very holistic in her approach, extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. She is the best dentist I have ever had.
I’ve had a truly great experience here. I’ve been dealing with significant dental issues and pain, and Dr. Rotondi and Lena have been incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout. I’ve had to return multiple times, and they’ve always been very accommodating, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and adjust treatment as needed. I've been seeing Dr. Iannucci for a little over a year now, and my only regret is not finding her sooner. She takes a holistic approach to dental care, and genuinely cares about your health and well being beyond teeth and gums. The hygienists that work here are also very thorough and approach dental care in the same way. I highly recommend this clinic.
