RecommendedGood fun place to eat - good food, good service. There was a delay on my pizza getting to me. Staff kept me informed and worked to make a negative situation a positive experience for me.

I have eaten at McKenzie River many times since they opened. Their service and food used to be SO good. Went there today for lunch with my hubby. Service was so-so. The lodgepoles were still very good. I ordered the Bavarian pretzels with queso. Normally this is one of my most favorite things. The cheese sauce that was served, tasted like it came out of a can. RecommendedWe had a great experience. Our waitress was wonderfully attentive. One of our orders was not great, the kitchen manager made it again for us correctly, and deducted it from our bill. Super appreciative for the stellar customer service. 🙂
